Leja Professional pricing and transaction fees

Solo agents pay per transaction with no monthly fee. Organisations subscribe from ₦15,000. Transaction fees apply on top of subscription across all tiers.

Leja Professional has two pricing models depending on how you operate. Solo agents managing up to 15 units pay transaction fees only — you pay for what you use, with no monthly commitment. Organisations managing 16 or more units subscribe to a monthly tier that unlocks additional capabilities, with transaction fees applying on top.

Every fee corresponds to a specific documented action: generating a receipt, confirming a payment extraction, exporting a statement. You are not charged for browsing, searching, or working inside the platform.

Solo agents — transaction fees only

If you are managing up to 15 units independently, you use Leja Professional on the free tier. There is no monthly subscription fee. You pay per transaction:

On the free tier, AI-assisted payment extraction is capped at 10 extractions per month. AI tenancy agreement generation is capped at 5 per month. Manual payment entry and all browsing and management functions are unlimited.

Organisations — subscription tiers

Organisations managing 16 or more units subscribe monthly. Subscription unlocks white-label document branding, full AI intelligence features, fraud detection, multi-staff access, and higher or unlimited usage caps on AI actions.

What subscription unlocks in detail

Custom document branding — From Pro tier, receipts, tenancy agreements, and landlord statements carry your organisation’s branding instead of Leja’s. Enterprise and Scale tiers support fully custom branded templates.

AI intelligence features — Anomaly detection and payment prediction are available from Pro tier. Natural language portfolio queries are available from Business tier. See AI Features for a full description of each capability.

Multi-staff access — Pro supports up to 5 staff members. Business supports up to 20. Scale and Enterprise have no staff limit.

Transaction fees are charged per action at the time the action is completed. A confirmed payment generates both a payment record (free) and a receipt (₦150). If you used AI extraction to confirm that payment, the extraction fee (₦250) applies separately.

Choosing the right tier

If you are a solo agent managing fewer than 16 units, the free tier is the right starting point. You get full access to the payment confirmation workflow, receipt generation, statement exports, and manual payment entry. You pay only when you complete a billable action.

If you are running an agency with multiple staff, managing clients’ properties under your organisation’s name, and want your receipts and agreements to carry your brand — Pro is the minimum tier to consider.

If you need fraud detection or natural language queries across a large portfolio, Business or Scale is appropriate.
